Description: The existing 4-story indoor parking lot will be converted to 7-story prestige club. With core of the building to stay intact, enlarged cellar, roof top buildings and structure, the construction will eventually create a 23,000 SF space. Before the 2,700 SF cellar floor is excavated 12 feet down, the existing foundation walls will be underpinned and secured with steel rakers. The entire front facade will be shored in order to install new concrete slabs, columns and piers. New rooftop additions will include Conservatory space with 45′ long and 18′ wide retractable, motorized skylight as well as large mechanical buildings. The main stair will be built with architectural concrete. Commercial kitchens and bars will be set on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor. A 5-stop commercial elevator will be installed as well.
